NORCAT'S Sudbury operations are now under one roof. NORCAT's Innovation and Commercialization Park had its grand opening Friday morning at 1545 Maley Drive.

“NORCAT's new Innovation and Commercialization Park has brought all of NORCAT's Sudbury operations under one roof, enhancing the products and services we can offer our clients,” said Darryl Lake, NORCAT CEO. “We can now forge even stronger partnerships with and for our clients with companies around the world, which will spur new economic development right here in Sudbury.”

The 60,000-square-foot site provides small and medium enterprises with the space necessary to develop new technology, products and processes. Services available include business advice, formal organization, planning and access, business development funds, space (retail, shop and storage), prototyping and technological assistance.

Workers from across Canada participate in training at NORCAT'S central facility. Training is provided to hundreds of workers daily through training labs and through eLearning delivery.
