All this week, the Sudbury Human Resource Centre of Canada for Students is joining other centres across Ontario to participate in Regional Odd Job Squad Week.

This is a province-wide initiative created to promote the Odd Job Squad as a valuable service to both students and employers. The Odd Job Squad links students with temporary summer employment and employers or homeowners seeking help.

Students who register with the office are notified when a job is available and jobs can last a few hours, days or weeks. Examples of odd jobs are lawn work, clerical duties, painting and flyer distribution. For more information, phone the Sudbury office at 670-6506.
