One person was evacuated from a fire at a two-storey apartment building on Montague Avenue last night that caused about $70,000 in damages.
According to a press release put out by Greater Sudbury Fire Services, the call came in at 9:24 p.m. The fire involved two of the building's four units. Smoke and fire damage was severe.
Nobody was injured in the fire. One person was displaced.
