Fifteen tenants of an apartment building at 1960 Paris Street are now displaced after a fire broke out in one unit, said Greater Sudbury Fire Services.
The fire department posted to Twitter at about 9 a.m. that crews were on scene at the apartment building, and that the fire was under control.
At about 10 a.m., they tweeted the fire was out, and ventilation was ongoing. The displaced residents were keeping warm inside a transit bus, said Greater Sudbury Fire Services.
No injuries were reported. There was no estimate on damage.
