Sandra Allan took a photo of a double rainbow left in the wake of the thunderstorm on July 4, although it continued intermittently throughout the rest of the evening.
“As the storm passed through the Donovan area in Sudbury on July 4, it left a beautiful double rainbow,” she wrote “The rain was a nice release from the heat. We enjoyed the cool breeze it offered for a short while.”
