This blast of warm, sunny weather — it's currently +7 degrees with clear blue skies in Greater Sudbury — is a welcome change from the frigid February we've had.
But, when the giant snowbanks and packed, icy sidewalks start to melt, it doesn't make for the most picturesque scenery.
