Sudburians took advantage of the summer-like temperatures Thursday.
The record temperature for April 27 was set in 1990, when the thermostat reached a high of 28.4 C in Sudbury.
Today may not have been record-breaking, but 25 C isn't bad, considering other cities in the North are currently experiencing freezing rain or are under a winter storm warning.
Enjoy the warm sunshine while you can, folks, because the temperature is expected to drop down to 4 C on April 30.
Editors Note: These photos were captured four hours prior to a severe thunderstorm that rolled through Sudbury on April 27 - it's safe to say, it was the calm before the storm.
