Updated at 1:36 p.m.: According to Hydro One's outage map, which allows customers to track outages and reconnection times across the province, Azilda is back online after a loss of power earlier today.
Close to 600 Hydro One customers were without power following the outage earlier today.

It’s possibly the worst day of the winter not to have electricity, but that is exactly the situation nearly 700 Hydro One customers in Azilda find themselves in today.
Hydro One has crews in the area working to reconnect some 656 customers. No information has been provided on the cause of the outage.
