Mary Bedkowski, also known as the Perogy Princess, is doing her part to help victims of Hurricane Katrina.
This weekend, she will donate $1 from every meal combo sold at Market Square to the Canadian Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
In addition, there will be draws for gift certificates and gift baskets with all the proceeds donated to Red Cross.
