Bell Park’s Main Beach is once again safe for swimming, said Public Health Sudbury and Districts.
The health unit has removed the swimming advisory signs it had recently put in place at Bell Park Main Beach.
The most recent water samples taken at the beach are within acceptable bacteriological water quality standards for bathing beaches, said the health unit in a news release. As a result, the beach water quality is once again considered suitable for recreational use.
Public Health Sudbury and Districts takes routine water samples regularly during the summer from 32 local beaches.
