Brian Ramakko and the team from Ramakko’s Source for Adventure gave the Elgin Street Mission Food Fund $4,500 providing 1,200 meals to feed the hungry.

“During this very difficult pandemic crisis we wanted to make sure the important work of the Mission to feed 200 people daily would be supported," said Ramakko.

Gerry Lougheed, Chair of the Mission’s Food Fund thanked Ramakko’s.

“Last year Brian Ramakko received the Paul Harris Award from the local Rotary Club which acknowledges outstanding humanitarian efforts. This donation reinforces such effort. It embodies the Rotary motto 'Service above Self'," said Lougheed.

The Food Fund sponsors the weekend food partnership with the MacKenzie Group/Tim Horton locations and Great Lake Pizza/Sudbury locations.
