Random Acts of Kindness: For our final act of kindness, we’re handing out $1,000 in gift cards to random Sudburians

Lessard Welding and Mario Roy give us a hand with spreading kindness today

Welcome to the final day of Sudbury.com’s Random Acts of Kindness, supported by @homeEnergy.

In the truest form of “Random Acts of Kindness”, we are spreading kindness with the help from Lessard Welding and Mario Roy in today’s light-hearted video.

With their help, we purchased $1,000 worth of gas cards and grocery cards to help the people of Sudbury out during this season of giving.

This year we had our challenges with the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, extreme weather conditions and polarizing opinions, but through the Random Acts of Kindness series, it’s evident that at the end of the day, we’re all just human beings living life one day at a time.

And as we reach the end of our 12 days of kindness campaign, we hope that it inspires our viewers to spread kindness for the holidays and into the new year.

Sudbury.com would like to take this time to thank each and every community sponsor for their generosity in helping us spread kindness year after year. Sudbury.com’s Random Acts of Kindness would not be possible without the help, support and huge hearts of local businesses and organizations — thank you for helping make Greater Sudbury a kinder place.

A huge thanks again to our sponsors:

We hope that everyone has a safe and joyful holiday with family and friends. Merry Christmas, Joyeux Noël and Aabitaa-biboon (thanks to William Morin for help with this seasonal greeting in Ojibway).
