Today, we are meeting a special chaplain at the St. Joseph Continuing Care Centre who goes above and beyond to care for her coworkers.
Tracy Lessard spent the bulk of the pandemic supporting her coworkers from burnout. From “tea for the soul” breaks to one on one support with each staff member. She really devotes her time and energy to her coworkers and her patients.
Watch Tracy get surprised at her workplace as all of the staff gather in a room to support the act of kindness.
