Updated Nov. 28 at 10:18 a.m.: Federal offender Tyler Doskotch was arrested in Prescott on Nov. 20 on a Canada-wide warrant. The warrant was issued Nov. 25 after officials said Doskotch broke his statutory release conditions.

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a man serving time for robbery and uttering threats to kill animals. 

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) squad has issued a plea for the public's help to locate 23-year-old Tyler Doskotch. OPP say he's broken his statutory release, which is when federal offenders who have served two-thirds of their sentence are released from prison under supervision.

He is described as a white male who is 6-1 (185 centimetres) and weighs 160 pounds. He has visible tattoos on his face, including 'success' on his left jawline and MTO under his right eye. 

Doskotch is serving a two-year sentence for robbery; assault with intent to commit robbery; break, enter and commit; fail to comply with a probation order; utter threats to kill animals; and fail to attend court. 

He is known to frequent the Timmins and Iroquois Falls areas, as well as Kingston, Ottawa and Toronto.
