Fishers' Paradise, the venue hosting the River & Sky Music and Camping Festival, which is currently underway and runs until Sunday, is under a boil water advisory issued by the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit.
Those using the water supply in question are advised to boil all water for one full minute for drinking until further notice.
Festival director Peter Zwarich said on the festival's Facebook page the heavier-than-normal rain this year and rising water tables are partly to blame.
He said Thursday the festival was attempting to connect up to another well. In the meantime, coolers of potable water were being provided to festival-goers.
