Work on the Walford East Lift Station and shave and pave projects in several locations will create traffic slow downs over the next week, the city said this week.
Work at the Walford East Lift Station will close the westbound lane in front of 83 Walford Rd. and one eastbound lane at the Walford East Lift Station. Local and emergency access will be maintained at all times.
Shave and pave work will take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. until Friday, July 17, in the following locations:
- MR 24, east of Highway 144
- MR 24 at Hill Road
- MR 55 at Panache Lake Road
- MR 55 from Simon Lake Drive to Simon Lake Drive
- MR 55 at Hillcrest Drive, Lively
- Hillcrest Drive at Cuthbertson Drive, Lively
- Bancroft Drive from Fourth Avenue to Shelbourne Street
- Barry Downe Road from Woodbine Avenue to Lillian Boulevard
- Signs and flagpersons will direct traffic.
