Although there were children in the bus at the time, emergency responders confirm there were no injuries in a collision between a school bus and a vehicle in Hanmer near Neil's Your Independent Grocer this afternoon.
Platoon Chief Andre Groulx of Greater Sudbury Fire Services said the call came in about the accident on MR 80 at 2:22 p.m.
“We're just waiting for a tow truck right now,” said Groulx, who adds the collision was blocking two lanes in the area.
