Three people are displaced after a fire caused about $10,000 in damage to a town house on Second Avenue in Sudbury on Sept. 22, said Greater Sudbury Fire Services.
A total of 13 firefighters from three stations attended the fire. The call came in at 9:13 a.m. on Sept. 22.
Fire and smoke damage are listed as moderate. There were no injuries.
In its fire safety message, Greater Sudbury Fire Services encourages everyone to develop and practise a home fire escape plan. In case a fire starts, everyone must know two ways out of every room, if possible, said a news release.
