Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Greater Sudbury and the surrounding area.
“Persons in or near this area should be on the lookout for adverse weather conditions and take necessary safety precautions,” the warning said.
The thunderstorm warning follows a heat warning Environment Canada issued for Greater Sudbury earlier in the day.
