Extreme weather conditions knocked out power, but it is expected the power will be restored by noon today.

Residents are reporting on social media that a transformer blew, causing the hydro pole to catch fire. That information has not been verified.

As well, a crew has been dispatched to an area east of Markstay-Warren. A total of 47 customers are affected in that power outage. The cause is still unknown, but power is expected to be restored by noon today.
