Parents in the Lively and Chelmsford areas have started a social media campaign aimed at showing support for Rainbow District School Board schools in the areas, some of which may close as soon as next year.
The campaign involves kids and adults alike holding up signs of support for the schools.
In related news, supporters of Lively District Secondary School are invited to create posters of support and line themselves up along Main Street and Sixth Avenue from 5-6 p.m. on Oct. 17 before a community meeting about the school's possible closure.
