Some Sudbury gas stations jump to 106.9, but most are still cheaper

Gas prices at some Greater Sudbury stations jumped to 106.9 Thursday, although most remain at 104.6, according to GasBuddy.com.

Gas in the outlying communities of Chelmsford and Lively continues to be below a buck a litre, with the cheapest gas 97.6 at three Chelmsford stations — Mac's, Pioneer and UPI Energy.

In nearby Sturgeon Falls, gas costs 93.7.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 98.5. The cheapest gas in the province is 82.9 in Cornwall and Moraviantown First Nation. The most expensive Ontario gas listed on GasBuddy.com today is 121.9 in Kakabeka Falls.
