A team of Sudbury-based artists invite the public to the unveiling of a puppet project called “Lighthouse” at Sudbury Theatre Centre on Oct. 4.

The captivating video combines the talents of puppet-maker and puppeteer Dylan Gibson, photographer and cinematographer Gerry Kingsley and singer-songwriter Edouard Landry.

Come join the team from 5-7 p.m. in the Steve’s Encore Lounge at the STC for an interactive panel discussion to learn more about puppetry, the filming and music production process.

A short performance and some behind the scenes footage will follow the Q&A. Stick around to chat about the potential for a future puppet-building workshop.

Snacks and a cash bar will be available on site.

Lighthouse is the title of the first single from Edouard Landry’s upcoming seventh studio album, “Lands End”. The official launch date of the new album is Oct. 27.

An album launch concert will happen one week later, on Nov. 3 at 7:30 p.m., at the Moose Lodge, 212 Frood Rd Sudbury.

Landry will be joined by Dayv Poulin, who will also be releasing an album that evening. The night will be capped off with a performance of Les Bilinguish Boys.
