Sudbury gas jumped to 107.9 yesterday

Looks like gas prices jumped about five cents per litre at most Sudbury gas stations yesterday, but there's still a few stations where you can find a cheaper price.

Most gas stations in the city are now charging 107.9, according to GasBuddy.com. The cheapest gas in the city is 101.1 at Global in Chelmsford, although that price was reported 15 hours ago, and may have changed. 

However, Mr. Gas on Bancroft was reported just four hours ago as charging 101.9.

In nearby Sturgeon Falls, where gas ranges in price from 95.7 to 96.9, there's now more than a 10-cent difference with most Sudbury gas prices.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 99.9. The cheapest gas in the province is 81.9 in Cornwall. The most expensive Ontario gas listed on GasBuddy.com today is 129.9 in Upsala and in Shabaqua.
