Sudbury-based Northern Air 669-HEAT was the recipient of three awards recently.
Representatives from residential and commercial HVAC company Lennox were in Sudbury to present Northern Air 669-HEAT owner Brian Eadie with a trio of awards.

The company received honours for the Training Excellence Award, Centurion Award and The District Partner of the Year Award.

“Training is very important to everyone at Northern Air; from the service technicians and gas fitters, to sales, customer service and management," said Brian Eadie, owner of Northern Air 669-HEAT in Sudbury.

The Training Excellence Award is given to the top dealer in the district for their commitment to training and employee development.

The Centurion Award is given to the top six per cent of all its North American dealers who set the standard in their market for customer service and installation quality, and execute an annual plan that drives growth and profitability through a foundation of employee development and training.

The District Partner of the Year Award is given to the top dealer in the district for their commitment to representing Lennox and to delivering the highest standard of professionalism while being actively involved in their community, all while maintaining a commitment to service, installation quality and exceptional customer service.

“We’re very honored to be presented with these awards, but we are even more proud of our great staff and team we have here at Northern Air, who made these awards possible," said Eadie.
