Sudbury Mining Week takes place May 7-14

A number of activities are planned for Sudbury Mining Week, which takes place May 7-14.

A few highlights include a mall display at the New Sudbury Centre from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May 8, tours of Greater Sudbury, with the emphasis of the history of mining, for school children between May 10 and 14, the Mineopportunity Mining Games for high school students May 10 and 11, and the annual Sudbury Mining Week business luncheon May 14.
