Laurentian University students will have access to an ?express bus? during peak times in the morning and afternoon.

The express bus will run directly from the Sudbury Transit Terminal downtown to the campus without stopping in the morning from 8 to 9 am, and from the campus to downtown from 3 to 5 pm.

The express service will be phased in during September.

The Laurentian University Students? General Association (SGA) met with Sudbury Transit officials earlier this month to make this arrangement.

?This bus will allow students to reach their destination with greater ease, and it is hoped reduce some of the back-to-school stress, says Erika Mieto, SGA president.

Sudbury Transit officials will be on campus Sept. 10, 17 and 18 to sell bus passes and hand out information.
