Southwest 20 km/h wind gusting to 40 km/h, estimated to make the high of plus 2 feel more like -8 in the morning.

Cloudy skies will drift into the night along with a 30 per cent chance of flurries and risk of freezing drizzle. 

Southwest 20 km/h wind will become light in the evening but still manage to make the low of -3 feel more like-8to those caught in its chilly path.
