Sudbury's Joey Niceforo is a member of The Canadian Tenors. They will be performing a concert on Aug. 11 in Sudbury at Fraser Auditorium.

Niceforo, who currently lives in Toronto, has been commanding attention in Italy and Canada with his thrilling tenor voice. He is the recipient of the Italia
nel mondo award. He made his debut as a soloist in the Opera in Concert's Canadian Gala Concert.
It is expected that Aug. 11 will be declared Joey Niceforo Day in Greater Sudbury.
