Three people were evacuated from an apartment building on Beatty Street Sunday afternoon after a fire in one of the building's units.
Greater Sudbury Fire Services were called to the fire at the five-unit building at around 4:30 p.m. June 10.
Fire damage is described as moderate and smoke damage as severe in the affected unit, and is estimated at around $20,000.
Nobody was injured in the fire.
