Tim Hortons Apple Fritter Cereal is the latest product to come from the coffee chain's partnership with Post Cereals.

Look out Apple Jacks and Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, there’s a new player in town looking to take a big bite out of the apple-flavoured cereal market.

In its ongoing quest to put its coffee-flavoured finger into every fast-food pie imaginable, Tim Hortons has unveiled yet another in its line of breakfast cereal products. Post Foods, which collaborated with Tims on its Timbit-flavoured cereals (chocolate and birthday cake), has teamed up with Tims on an apple fritter-flavoured breakfast cereal.

The cereal will be available at select grocery stores.

"We're thrilled to give Canadians a new way to enjoy the taste of one of Canada's favourite donuts, now in cereal form," said Sourabh Malik, vice president of consumer packaged goods at Tim Hortons. "Not only does this cereal taste like an Apple Fritter, but it comes in the Tim Hortons Apple Fritter shape, too!"

What do you think? Will you be buying a box of Tim Hortons Apple Fritter cereal?
