Timelapse: Monday's snowstorm in less than a minute

We want to see your snow day photos, Sudbury!

Sudburians were busy digging out this morning after a snowstorm passed through the region on Jan. 7.

The Nickel City was expecting 15 to 20 centimetres but according to Environment Canada, Monday's snowfall amounted to 12 centimetres.

Watch our timelapse to see the storm as it passed over the city Monday afternoon and again in the early evening.

Due to the storm, school buses in Greater Sudbury, Espanola and Massey, and Manitoulin Island were cancelled Tuesday morning.

How are you keeping your kids busy today? Does the end of your driveway resemble Mount Everst? Sudbury.com wants to see your snow day photos!

Email your pics to [email protected] or post them in the comment section on Facebook here and we'll add them to our photogallery.
