Updated at 12:47 p.m.: The North Bay OPP reports that the transport stuck that became stuck on Thibeault Hill this morning has been removed and Highway 11 is now fully re-opened.

The Ontario Provincial Police in North Bay have closed Highway 11 at Thibeault Hill in North Bay after a transport truck was unable to navigate the hill.
Police announced the closure at about 11:25 a.m. today, saying a transport became stuck on the road after being unable to make it up the steep hill that overlooks the city.
Police are unsure how long the road will remain closed. Check back for updates.
