Two new cases of COVID-19 reported in Greater Sudbury

Public Health Sudbury & Districts is reporting two new cases of COVID-19 this evening. Both cases are in Greater Sudbury.

In one of the new cases, the person contracted the virus from another known case, though the origin of that person's exposure is unknown. The origin of the other new case announced this evening is listed as being travel-related. 

Both people were tested on Sept. 23 and both are self-isolating.

These new cases bring the total number of confirmed cases in the region covered by Public Health Sudbury to 104. There are currently four known active cases.
