The City of Greater Sudbury has announced that the Val Caron water tank will be taken offline this week for regular maintenance and inspections.
The service will be unavailable beginning June 15 to June 29, which may result in fluctuations in water pressure, but no water discoloration.
Residents who do notice discoloured water are advised to slowly run a cold water tap near their water meter for a few minutes until the water is clear of sediment.
Those who noticed prolonged water discolouration are asked to contact the city through 3-1-1.
