Vale Inco has given the City of Greater Sudbury $5 million to help pay for a water system in Onaping Falls.
The system has a total cost of $18.5 million.
The company has supplied the community with water for decades, but decided to stop doing so. The new water system must be built to comply with new provincial regulations.
