St. James Catholic Elementary School in Lively and the Christian Academy on Regent Street were under a hold and secure order on Feb. 16.

Greater Sudbury Police say they implemented the measure around 12:12 p.m. at the two schools because people associated with the shooting at the Sagamok First Nation in Massey may have been associated with people at the school.

The secure order was cancelled just before 2 p.m. and students were picked up early by their parents.
