Watch: Let the Pioneers choir 'put a little love in your heart'

Pioneer Manor residents and choir volunteers produce video to thank frontline workers

Residents at Pioneer Manor are putting a little love in our hearts with a video showing their appreciation for all health care and frontline workers.

The video, which you can see above, is a compilation of residents, staff and choir volunteers all lip synching to Jackie DeShannon's hit song Put a Little Love in Your Heart.

The video was produced by choir director and Sudbury musician Joanne Polack (also known as JoPo).

"Just because we can’t get together as a big group doesn’t mean we still can’t collaborate on a fun project," JoPo told Sudbury.com. "I’d like to say to all the health care workers and frontline workers that I’m right in there with you."

"We need to continue to be strong, be positive, be heroes, uplift each other, be safe and help each other out."

The Pioneers Choir is a 25-piece choir ages 32 to 97 who get together and sing every week at Pioneer Manor.
