We the Bury, a local not-for-profit organization, is planning a bottle drive for this weekend with proceeds supporting three non-profit organizations in the city.

The public is encouraged to bring their empties to the parking lot of Overtime Sports Bar and Grill at 941 Notre Dame Ave. on Oct. 3 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Oct. 4 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We the Bury has partnered with Overtime, as well as Jana Hospitality Consulting.

Beneficiaries of this bottle drive are Big Brother Big Sisters of Greater Sudbury, YWCA Sudbury and Maison McCulloch Hospice.

“We are still looking for volunteers to assist this weekend at Overtime,” said organizers.

Also, if you cannot attend the events with your empties, you are asked to contact the We the Bury team to make alternate arrangements for pick-ups at [email protected]
