The City of Greater Sudbury is inviting residents to help develop a vision and plan for the future of Lasalle Boulevard on Wednesday, Oct. 18.

An information booth and hands-on activities will be set up at the New Sudbury Shopping Centre from 11:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.

The Lasalle Corridor Plan and Strategy will examine ways to integrate high-quality intensification, support public transit, provide new active transportation infrastructure, and identify opportunities for private and public realm improvements.

"The ideas and input of decision makers, interest groups and the public will inform this important work and help to ensure the vision for the Lasalle Boulevard corridor defines a bold direction for the future that is tailored to our community," said a city news release.
