Ontario's director of the Canadian Taxpayers Association is on a two-week tour of the province to demonstrate how government policies are driving out families and businesses.

Christine Van Geyn is driving a 16-foot moving truck for the satirical company named “Kathleen Wynne Moving Company – Helping Businesses and Families Leave Ontario” and visiting various cities. She was in Sudbury on Thursday.

The focus of the conversation is on high electricity bills, cap and trade carbon tax, corporate welfare and the increase to minimum wage, she said.

“These are all creating an unfriendly environment for businesses,” she said. “It's been a lot of fun, and we're getting a lot of support. We're handing out postcards at each stop, and we're asking people to sign them and send them to the premier to send the message about ending the affordability crisis in Ontario.”

The tour started in Richmond Hill, and will finish in southern Ontario next week.

For more information on the tour, including all tour stops, visit WynnesMovingCompany.ca. There's also an online petition there that Van Geyn is asking Ontarians to sign.
