The City of Greater Sudbury’s Youth Advisory Panel is seeking new members from Wards 1 and 9.
“Joining the Youth Advisory Panel is a great opportunity for young residents to actively contribute to their community and offer valuable insights into City programs and services,” the city said in a news release.
The panel consists of 12 member, one from each ward, and members must be age 13 to 18 to join. Two city council members also sit on the panel.
“The Youth Advisory Panel will play a crucial role in providing insights into municipal initiatives and fostering youth engagement in local governance,” the city said. “Members will gain valuable leadership experience while learning about municipal processes and contributing their unique perspectives.”

All applications must be submitted to Clerk's Services by 4:30 pm on Friday, May 2 and will be reviewed by the Nominating Committee.
