Zellers stores will host hundreds of safety workshops featuring fire, police and other safety experts, and distribute free Kidz Printz child identification booklets to the public Sept. 7 and 8.
Guest speakers will differ at every Zellers store, but will represent various safety heroes such as police, fire, hospitals, women?s and animal shelters. In addition to relaying valuable information, they will answer home and family safety questions.
Parents can pick up Bob The Builder colouring sheets at Zellers for entry into a contest. When the sheets are returned completed to the store, children will receive a free Bob The Builder poster featuring safety tips. The completed sheets also act as ballots for a national draw for the outdoor play set and local draws.
