It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of our beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather, Jean-Guy on Monday, May 3, 2021 at Health Sciences North at the age of 75 years. Son of the late Joseph and late Marie Rose (née Trudel). Predeceased by his wife Madeleine Allard (née Furoy). Loving father of Joanne Allard (Bill). Dear brother of Pierre, Tonio (Gaetan) Marie-Paul, Pierrette (Marcel), and brother-in-law Hector. Will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Tiffany (Rene) and Katie-Lyn (Wayne) and great-grandchildren Isabella and Nathan. He will be missed by his grand fur babies, and many relatives. He will be missed by dear friends Doug, Sylvia, Kim, Linda, and Monique. Jean-guy enjoyed the outdoors, watching sports, playing golf, and card games. He had a love for hockey, fishing, and gardening. The family would like to thank the community paramedics, doctors, Nephrology Dr. Nistico, and all of the nursing staff of the 7th floor of the north tower. The family will be having a service in the chapel Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 3pm. The service will be available by livestream (see website) in the Chapel.
