ANDERSON, Melissa - The family announces with deepest sorrow, her death at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto, ON, Monday, August 3, 2009 at the age of 25 years. Melissa succumbed to cancer after a long and courageous battle of 14 years. Beloved daughter of Judy Townsend of Val Caron and John Collette of Sudbury. Loving granddaughter of Myrtle and Elmer Anderson of Windsor and Mary Jane & Max Collette of Azilda. Dear sister of Stephen (Taylene) Anderson of Windsor, Stephanie (Cory Czerwinec) of Sudbury, Jenna Anderson (Michael Dawson) of Val Caron and Julie Baronette (Mike Champagne) of Sudbury. Sadly missed by her best friends Krystal Samarin and Stacey Harnden. Lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Friday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 08, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Co-operative Funeral Home Chapel, Sudbury.
