ARMSTRONG, Kathryn Dorothy - It is with great sadness the family of Kathryn Dorothy Armstrong (Nee Board), a native of North Bay and Sudbury, announces her passing after her courageous battle with cancer on Friday September 17th, 2010 at Royal Victoria Hospital at the age of 57. Kathryn, a loving mother, will be forever remembered by her children Carmen McLeod (husband Andrew) of Toronto, David Bouffard of Barrie, Karen Bouffard (husband Tyler Courville) of Barrie and Kayla Armstrong of Barrie. Coolest Grandma of Liam and Gwen McLeod. Youngest daughter of Charles and Gwendolyn Board (both predeceased), beloved sister of Charles Board (wife Joan) of Markstay, and Laura Folco of Ottawa. Will be missed by nieces, nephews and cousins, all special people in her life. A Celebration of Kathryn""s life will be held on Saturday September 25th at Parkview Community Centre, 189 Blake Street in Barrie from 2-5pm. Memorial donations would be appreciated in memory of Kathryn to the charity of your choice.
