BARNHART, James

In loving memory of James Barnhart who passed away after a lengthy illness on Saturday, August 22nd, 2020 at Health Sciences North at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Nancy (Spear) Barnhart. Predeceased by his parents Earl and Edith Barnhart. Deeply missed by his siblings Robert (Patricia), Janet Dunn (Donald), Louise Valentinuzzi (Reg) and Kenneth (Debbie). Dear uncle to his several nieces and nephews. James was born and raised in Fort Erie. Being an avid fisherman and hunter, he was drawn to Northern Ontario. James ran the annual spring bear hunt for many years. James was the owner and operator of Fair Radio Service which he ran for over 30 years. James was outdoors every chance he got and never let his illness slow him down. The family would like to thanks the nurses and staff at Health Sciences North and Dr’s Pastre and Singh for all their care.

At his request, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation. If desired, donations to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation would be appreciated.
