BÉDARD, Colette - Peacefully in hospital at Ottawa while surrounded by family on Sunday evening, August 9th, 2009. Colette Aurore Bédard (nee Royer) of Arnprior; formerly of Sudbury at the age of 71 years. Beloved wife of the late Maurice “Moe“ Bédard (May 23rd, 2008). Dearly loved mother of Richard of Sudbury; Deanne Lemieux (Gary) of Arnprior and Norm (Joanne) of Sudbury. Dear sister of Muriel Harvey (Ken) of Braeside and Pierre Royer (Marjorie) of Bancroft. Predeceased by her brothers Roger and Marcel Royer and her sister Louise Kitty (late Eugene). Cherished “Mémère“ of Jessica, Crystal (Steve), Trevor, Tayler, Ryan (Katie) and Lindsay. Friends may join us for visitation at the PILON FAMILY FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. A Service to celebrate the life of Colette Bédard will be conducted in Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church, 116 Baskin Drive West, Arnprior on Wednesday morning, August 12th, at 11 o'clock. Pastor Clark Young officiating. In memory of Colette a donation made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Arnprior Hospital “Partners in Caring“ campaign would be appreciated by her family.
