Loving father of Louise Sauve (Lucien), Rachel Martel (Claude), Denis Belanger (Angela), and Anne Belanger. Cherished grandfather of Julie (Vern), Nathalie (Corey), Jeff, Alexander (Dalia), Christopher (Nicole), Marielle (Anmar), and predeceased by Shawn. Loving great-grandfather of Blake, Logan, Avery, and Emma. Sadly missed by long-time friend Simone Labranche. Dear son of Placide and Eugenie (Rouleau) Belanger both predeceased. Dear brother of Fernand, Jeannette Bosse, Anita Danis, and Georgette Montpellier, Aline Beaudry, Rolland, Aurele, Roger, Romeo, and Maurice, all predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Regent was a real people person who enjoyed visiting and sharing his life experiences, especially to his beloved grandchildren. He was proud of his 42 years of sobriety and of being in great shape. He enjoyed music, attending festivals and dances, and working on his backhoe and truck. A big tease, he was a true social butterfly who loved life and lived it to the fullest.

Barnard Chapel, Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch St., Sudbury, on Tuesday, June 21st, 2022 at 11am. (Friends may call 2-4pm; 6-8pm Monday and after 10am Tuesday).
