Peacefully on Wednesday, January 20th, 2021 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury.

Beloved wife of 52 years to Manolal Bhagerath, predeceased on February 10, 2013. They were married on January 24, 1961. Loving mother of Molly, Taran, Ralph (Shirley), Franklyn (Tara), Reynold predeceased, Roy and Veena (Zygument). Cherished grandmother of Sherida, Areeda, Shawn, Sheldon, Shannon, Marida, Narida, Jessica, Michelle, Shane and Alana and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Dear daughter of Bootoo and Jassoodeah both predeceased. Dear sister of Ramdial Bootoo, Lavoy Bootoo and Balmatiya Bootoo all predeceased. Sadly missed by nieces and nephews. Rosie was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother who spent her time raising her family, instilling in them the love of cooking and enjoying the simple things in life. She took pride and joy in all her childrens accomplishments. She was fondly known as “Mama” to everyone who knew her and was happiest when surrounded by her family and friends. She always had a story to tell and will forever be remembered for her delicious home cooked meals and generosity.
